We are dispatching two man crews

is biodegradable and should not

Ice dams are created as the warm
air rises through the peak of
the roof and melts the snow.

bottom edge of the roof where it
is coldest. As the melted snow

edge of the roof, the very best
resolve is to clear the bottom
2’-3’ of snow off of the roof
and try to expose the ice dam to
the sunlight. Until we arrive to
remove the snow and ice we
suggest cooling off the rooms
effected by turning down the
thermostat, cracking a window or
running a fan to cool off the
area as quickly as possible.

be removed so that it does not
cause more damage to windows,
shutters or siding. Frozen
gutters can weigh up to 20
pounds per linear foot - so a 20
foot length of gutter weighs as
