We’re having problems with our gutters. Because Gutterman Services has excellent reviews on Angie’s List, we arranged to have one of your estimators evaluate our situation. The person who scheduled the appointment, Ann McGavin, was helpful and friendly, and she sent us an e-mail confirming the date and time of the appointment along with the name and photo of the estimator. Paul Johanson arrived right on time and did a very thorough inspection of our entire gutter system. He immediately recognized what was causing our problems and explained what can be done to correct them. He didn’t try to sell us anything more than what we needed, and he quoted us a reasonable price. Paul is personable, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about the quality of the products he sells and the work done by Gutterman Services. We didn’t realize the company does far more than just repair and replace gutters, but Paul took the time to fully describe all the services and products you provide. He gave us a lot to think about, so we’re still in the decision making process.
But I must say, Ann and Paul have certainly left us with a very good impression of Gutterman Services.
